How To Apply For A Before & After School Program

  1. In-Person Application
    1. Pick-up an application at your child’s school of enrollment. (or click here for BTB Application)
    2. Complete the application with all required information and return it on the first day of school to the Before and/or After School program staff.
  2. Online Application
    1. Click on the list of available programs by school. click here for list
    2. Find your child’s school of enrollment.
    3. Click on the agency provider to obtain the appropriate program application.
    4. Download, print, and submit your application on the first day of school to the Before and/or After School program staff. click here for BTB Application
