Sponsorships
Dear Business Community and Beckford Families,
Beckford Elementary PTA is a non-profit group of parents who work with our business community, parents, teachers, and administrators to provide enrichment programs and events over and above what the school district typically provides.
We welcome sponsorships to support the school: your investment allows Beckford Elementary PTA to contribute a portion of the funding needed for students to receive Computer Lab Curriculum (Computers and Instructor), Teachers’ Aides, and to support programs & events. These efforts are made possible by the generous support and involvement of Beckford Charter families and community businesses.
Outlined below are various levels of sponsorship opportunities. In addition to the website and social media exposure, sponsors at the top level will be offered direct marketing opportunities at Beckford PTA events, such as Family Fun Day and our Golf Tournament, as the prevailing regulations and restrictions dictate.
SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS
Platinum - $450.00:
- PTA membership
- Website recognition on the Beckford Home Page with a link to your business website for one school year
- Adult-sized Beckford T-shirt
- Social media recognition on Beckford’s Facebook/Instagram page (business link post on Facebook)
- Business name and 4-color logo on group sponsorship banner (shared with all sponsors and displayed in a high-visibility area on campus)
- Business name and logo included on Sponsorship page on Beckford Newsletter
- Guest speaker opportunity at a PTA Association meeting (15 minutes and 2-week notice)
- Business name to be displayed on the electronic school marquee.
- Sponsor presence at a PTA-sponsored event (Family Fun Day, Valentine Dance, Golf Tournament, Movie Night, Open House. We will provide a tent, 1 table, and two chairs upon request.)
Gold - $ 300.00:
- PTA membership
- Website recognition on the Beckford Home Page with a link to your business website for one school year
- Adult-sized Beckford T-shirt
- Social media recognition on Beckford’s Facebook/Instagram page (business link post on Facebook)
- Business name and 4-color logo on group sponsorship banner (shared with all sponsors and displayed in a high-visibility area on campus)
- Business name and logo included on the Sponsorship page of the monthly Beckford Newsletter
- Business name to be displayed on the electronic school marquee.
Silver - $ 200.00:
- PTA membership
- Website recognition on the Beckford Home Page with a link to your business website for one school year
- Adult-sized Beckford T-shirt
- Social media recognition on Beckford’s Facebook/Instagram page (business link post on Facebook)
- Business name and 4-color logo on group sponsorship banner (shared with all sponsors and displayed in a high-visibility area on campus)
In-Kind Sponsorship - $500.00 worth of Goods Exchange:
- Social media recognition on Beckford Elementary's Facebook/Instagram page (business link post on Facebook)
- Website recognition on Beckford Elementary.com Home Page for a year.
In-kind sponsorships include but are not limited to the following: coupons for each child (e.g., Restaurants, Dessert Shops, Arts and crafts). Or they are sponsoring a school event with goods or services. (Ex. Water, Snacks, Photo Booth, or even a DJ for a school dance.)
