Sponsorships

Dear Business Community and Beckford Families,

Beckford Elementary PTA is a non-profit group of parents, who work together with our business community, parents, teachers, and administrators to provide enrichment programs and events over and above what the school district would normally provide.

We welcome sponsorships to support the school: your investment allows Beckford Elementary PTA to contribute a portion of the funding needed for students to receive Computer Lab Curriculum (Computers and Instructor), Teachers’ Aides, and to support programs & events. All of these efforts are made possible by the generous support and involvement of Beckford Charter families and community businesses.

Outlined below are various levels of sponsorship opportunities. In addition to website and social media exposure, sponsors at the top level will be offered direct marketing opportunities at Beckford PTA events such as Family Fun Day and our Annual Golf Tournament, as the prevailing regulations and restrictions dictate.

SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS

Platinum - $300.00:

• PTA membership
• Website recognition on Beckford Elementary.com Home Page (180 X 140) with a link to your business website for one school year
• Adult-sized Beckford Polo shirt
• Social media recognition on Beckford Elementary Facebook page (business link post on Facebook)
• Business name and/or 4-color logo on group sponsorship banner (shared with all sponsors and displayed in a high-visibility area on campus)
• Business name and/or logo included on Sponsorship page of monthly Beckford Newsletter
• Guest speaker opportunity at a PTA Association meeting
• Business name to be displayed on electronic school marquee
• Sponsor presence at a PTA sponsored event (when and if we can resume with events such as Family Fun Day, Gala, Annual Golf Tournament, Open House)

Gold - $ 150.00:

• PTA membership
